Minibar water and in-room service
Minibar water is judged in a second, by the weight of the bottle and the label facing the guest. Small glass formats, such as 250 ml, stand upright on a narrow shelf and look deliberate next to the glassware. Offer a still and a sparkling so the guest has a real choice, and keep the same pair in turndown and room service.

For banquet and event water, the count matters more than the label. Large-format bottles cover plated dinners without constant refills, and lighter bottles or cans suit breakouts, terraces and poolside service. Can one order cover rooms, dining and the spa?
Yes. You can combine brands, still and sparkling, and different bottle sizes in the same order, so a single shipment restocks several outlets at once.
Should we use glass or plastic?
Most of our range is glass, which suits guest rooms, restaurants and suites. PET bottles and cans are lighter and safer around pools, gyms and outdoor terraces. A common approach is to use both, split by location.
Can we set up a standing order?
Yes. Tell us which waters you use and roughly how often you reorder, and we will confirm a recurring schedule in your quote.
How does a business quote work?
Send the details through the business pricing form: property, delivery ZIP code, waters and approximate quantities. We reply in writing with pricing for that volume and how the order will ship.
Do you ship outside New York?
Yes. We ship within the United States by carrier from our base in Hicksville, NY. Shipping is calculated by weight, and your quote shows it for larger orders.
