Acqua Panna Still Spring Water 750 ml — Case of 12, Glass

The 750 ml Acqua Panna is the same size as a bottle of wine, and it usually stands next to one. It is the format Italian dining rooms reach for when water is meant to be part of the meal.

Its source is a single estate in Tuscany, north of Florence. The water spends years underground, moving through clay and limestone, and comes up still, with 130 mg/L of minerals and a pH of 8. On the palate that means a smooth, rounded water with low acidity and a short, clean finish. It stays out of the way of delicate flavors such as crudo, spring vegetables or a white Burgundy.
