Bottled water for car dealerships

Water for the showroom floor, the service lounge, the delivery bay and the sales event, supplied in bulk with written pricing for your dealership.

The service lounge

A customer waiting on an oil change or a recall repair may sit in your lounge for an hour or more. What they find there shapes how they feel about the visit. A fridge stocked with a good still and sparkling water, in bottles that look like they belong in the building, is a small thing that customers notice.

Sturdy PET bottles in a 500 ml size suit a self-serve cooler, where people grab one on the way out. Glass works for a coffee bar or a staffed welcome desk where an advisor hands the bottle over.

The showroom and the sales desk

On the showroom floor, water is part of the conversation. Offering a bottle while a customer sits down to talk numbers or waits for a trade appraisal gives a pause and a courtesy. Many dealerships keep a smaller glass bottle for the sales desk and the finance office, chosen to match the standard of the brand they sell.

Deliveries and events

A new car handover is a moment people remember. A chilled bottle in the cup holder, or sparkling water on the delivery table, finishes it well. For launch nights, sales events and customer appreciation days, add larger formats and sparkling water to your regular order so one shipment covers the lounge and the event.

How ordering works

Tell us how many locations you run, roughly how many customers pass through service each week and which settings you want to cover. We will suggest a mix, then send written pricing, packing and lead time. Single rooftops often order by the case; dealer groups can order by the pallet and set a standing order for each store. Orders ship from Long Island, New York to dealerships across the United States. See how wholesale ordering works.

Common questions

What size bottle works best in a service lounge?

A 500 ml bottle is a sensible default: small enough to finish while waiting and easy to carry back to the car. PET is the practical choice for a self-serve fridge; glass suits a staffed coffee bar.

Can we have a different water for the showroom and for service?

Yes. Many dealerships keep an everyday water for the lounge and a glass bottle for sales and deliveries. Both can go on the same order or the same mixed pallet.

Do you supply dealer groups with several stores?

Yes. Tell us how many rooftops you run and where they are. We can quote each location separately or as one account, and set up standing orders so each store stays stocked.

Should we offer still or sparkling water?

Both, if you have the fridge space. Still water covers most customers, while a sparkling option in glass makes the showroom and delivery table feel more considered. A mixed order keeps both in stock.

Can we order extra for a sales event?

Yes. Let us know the event date when you ask for a quote so we can plan the shipment around it.
