Sparkling Mineral Water
Sparkling mineral water is spring water with real mineral weight and a bubble to match. The waters in this collection all come from named sources, and most carry well over 300 mg/L of dissolved minerals, which you taste as body and a savory, sometimes saline finish. Several are naturally carbonated at the spring: Perrier at Vergèze, Topo Chico in Monterrey, Souroti near Thessaloniki, and Vichy Catalan and Vilajuïga in Catalonia. San Pellegrino, from the Lombardy mountains, is richly mineral with a fine bead, and Galvanina comes from the hills behind Rimini, organic certified at source.
These are waters for the table, with enough structure to stand up to grilled meat, seafood and rich sauces. Most come in glass from 250 ml to 1 L, with cans for catering.
