Topo Chico has come from the same spring at Cerro del Topo Chico, outside Monterrey in northern Mexico, since 1895. The Lemon Lime bottling takes that naturally sparkling mineral water and adds a twist of both citrus fruits.

The water brings plenty to the glass on its own. Around 700 mg/L of dissolved solids, including 400 mg/L of bicarbonate and 100 mg/L of sodium, give it a brisk, slightly salty edge, and a pH of 5.5 matches its sharp carbonation.
