The mineral profile is generous: around 700 mg/L of dissolved solids, with 400 mg/L of bicarbonate, 70 mg/L of calcium, 25 mg/L of magnesium and 100 mg/L of sodium. That gives a savory, slightly salty taste and an assertive sparkle, with a pH of 5.5. Poured over ice with a wedge of lime it stands alone.
