Evian

Evian rises in the French Alps above Évian-les-Bains, after rain and snowmelt spend roughly fifteen years filtering through glacial sand and rock. That long passage leaves a balanced mineral profile of about 357 mg/L and a near-neutral pH of 7.2, soft on the palate with a clean finish.
