Evian Sparkling Mineral Water 750 ml — Case of 12, Glass

Set a 750 ml bottle of Evian Sparkling on the table and it pours four or five glasses, enough for a dinner for two that runs long or a starter course for a group.

The water starts high in the French Alps above Évian-les-Bains, where it moves through glacial sand and rock for about fifteen years. It is moderately mineral at 357 mg/L, with calcium and bicarbonate at the front and only 6.5 mg/L of sodium, and a near-neutral pH of 7.2. The bubbles are lively but the body underneath is smooth and balanced, so it handles fried calamari, seafood pasta and roast chicken without overpowering any of them.

Restaurants and private dining rooms use the 750 ml as a table-service sparkling, and it makes an easy hosting bottle at home. A case holds 12 glass bottles, shipped across the US.
