The Rocks range from Sant Aniol puts a Catalan sparkling water in a compact 330 ml glass bottle. Its source is the Garrotxa, the volcanic zone of north-east Spain, where water filters through basalt and volcanic rock and comes up at a protected spring set within a natural park.

At 190 mg/L of total dissolved solids and pH 7.4, it is softer than many sparkling waters. The carbonation gives a bright first sip, and the low mineral base keeps it from tasting salty, which makes it a useful pour on its own or over ice with a twist of citrus.
