Radenska comes from springs at Radenci in northeastern Slovenia and has been bottled commercially since the 1860s. Locally it is known by its emblem of three hearts, and it is one of the most mineral-rich waters we carry.

Total dissolved solids reach about 3,500 mg/L, with a pH of 6.5. That concentration gives a pronounced, savory taste that is closer to a mineral tonic than an everyday table water. Pour it cold, in smaller glasses, alongside robust, salty or fatty food: roast pork, smoked sausage, sauerkraut, schnitzel, aged cheese.
