Vichy Catalan

Vichy Catalan rises warm from the ground at Caldes de Malavella in Catalonia, northeast Spain, naturally sparkling and heavily mineralized. At around 3,050 mg/L, with sodium and bicarbonate leading, it tastes distinctly saline and bracing, one of the most singular sparkling waters in Europe. It is best served well chilled.
