Vilajuïga

Vilajuïga is a naturally sparkling mineral water from the Empordà in Catalonia, near the foothills of the Pyrenees, drawn from a source with a long bottling history. It is intensely mineral at around 2,900 mg/L and deeply savory, with a fine, persistent bead: a water with real presence rather than a light table sparkler.

We carry Vilajuïga in glass in two editions, natural sparkling and sparkling mineral water, each in 500 ml and 1 L bottles packed 12 to a case. Pour it well chilled and in measured glasses, at home or on a restaurant table. For a lighter Catalan water, see Sant Aniol.
