Mondariz

Mondariz comes from Galicia, the rainy granite country of northwest Spain, where its springs anchored a grand thermal resort in the late nineteenth century. Rain filters slowly through the granite and emerges lightly mineral at around 200 mg/L, clean and gently bicarbonate rather than heavy.
