The water comes from an artesian aquifer under Viti Levu, where tropical rainfall filters slowly through volcanic rock. Along the way it collects around 93 mg/L of natural silica, a large share of its 222 mg/L of total dissolved solids, at a pH of 7.7. Silica gives the water its characteristic smoothness, a soft, almost velvety mouthfeel with a faint sweetness and very little mineral edge. It is bottled at the source and sealed until you open it.
