Ferrarelle Sparkling Mineral Water 750 ml — Case of 12, Glass

The water comes from Riardo in Campania, where volcanic rock gives it a natural carbonation at the source. It is strongly mineral at around 1,265 mg/L, carrying 365 mg/L of calcium, 43 mg/L of potassium and plenty of bicarbonate, with a pH of 6. On the palate that means a fine, persistent bubble and a savory weight that stands up to cured meats, aged cheeses, ragù and fried dishes, cutting through richness where a lighter water would disappear.
