How home water delivery works
Place your order online and we prepare it at our warehouse in Hicksville, on Long Island, New York. Orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days, then handed to the carrier, who brings the cases to your address. You will get a tracking number by email once the shipment is picked up.
Water is heavy, so shipping is calculated by weight and destination. The exact cost appears at checkout, before you pay. We ship within the United States only.
Glass, packed for the trip
Glass bottled water delivery takes more care than plastic. Each case is packed with dividers and cushioning that keep the bottles apart and still in transit. If anything arrives broken, you are covered: email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will make it right as set out in our shipping and returns policy.

Most households settle on one or two waters and come back for them. Your account keeps your order history, so a repeat order of the same case takes a minute, and you can switch sizes or try a new spring at the same time.

Where do you deliver?
Anywhere in the United States that our carrier serves. Orders ship from Long Island, New York. We do not offer local courier or same-day delivery, and we do not ship internationally.
How long until my water arrives?
Orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days. After that, transit time depends on your address and the shipping method you choose at checkout, and the carrier gives an estimate when you buy.
How much does shipping cost?
It depends on the weight of the order and where it is going. Glass weighs more than plastic, so a case of glass bottles costs more to ship. You will see the exact amount at checkout before you place the order.
What happens if a bottle breaks in transit?
Email sales@toplinewater.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the bottles and the box. Approved claims are settled with a replacement or a refund. The full terms are in our shipping and returns policy.
Can I set up a recurring delivery?
Online orders are placed one at a time. If you want a regular schedule, for a home or a business, email sales@toplinewater.com and we will arrange it with you directly.
Can I mix different waters in one order?
Yes. Add as many different cases as you like to one order. Each case stays as the producer packed it, so you choose by the case rather than by the bottle.
