Galvanina

Galvanina comes from a protected spring in the hills behind Rimini on Italy's Adriatic coast, with a bottling history traced back to Roman times. It is organic certified at source and strongly mineral at around 1,100 mg/L, which gives it a full, savory weight on the palate, balanced by a pH of 7.6.

We carry Galvanina in 750 ml glass, still and sparkling, each in cases of 12. The sparkling version has a fine, controlled bubble. This is a water for the dinner table and for restaurants that want a mineral-rich Italian bottle with a long story behind it. For a lighter Italian, see Fiuggi.
